Timber Concepts (Pvt) Ltd. takes great pleasure in introducing the Piliwela Project, initiated by our chairman Dilhan. C. Fernando, which now offers a range of over 45 bamboo stationery items to choose from.

Piliwela is a project that materialised from the concept of creating more sustainable, wooden-based packaging solutions for today’s environmentally-conscious consumer. Manufactured using bamboo, the products in our Piliwela range are more durable and ergonomically stable than conventional stationery products. Being derived from a biodegradable raw material makes these products ‘greener’ and reflects the company’s ethos of prioritising and encouraging sustainability.

However, it is not just sustainability that makes the Piliwela range stand out. The items have got aesthetic appeal, too. The designs of our products are carefully thought-out, delivering pieces that are elegant, lightweight and streamlined, thus not only enhancing the visual, but also making your work space more organised and work-friendly.

Through our innovative bamboo stationery creations, we aim to nurture an appreciation of sustainable elegance in local and international markets, as well as to inspire our peers to move towards greener manufacturing processes that will help to preserve the planet for our future generations.
